We are a supplier of choice to more than 30 chosen B2B clients across the world. We have been at the forefront of innovation at each stage of diamond jewellery manufacturing process.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility is located in SEEPZ, Mumbai – the heart of India’s jewellery manfacturing industry. We currently have a team of 160 jewellers, designers and office executives. We follow a cellular structure of manufacturing ensuring high productivity, low spillage and consistent quality. The cellular manufacturing also helps us in keeping the costs low, a benefit which we make sure to pass on to our clients.
Our whole manufacturing process is housed under one roof and we are 1 of the only 3 companies in SEEPZ, India having a Platinum Casting machine in-house. We are a 100% ERP oriented manufacturing facility with stringent process control measures at each stage. We also have a very efficient quality control mechanism whereas each and every piece of jewellery is assesed for quality measures at every stage of manufacturing process.
We have a design team of 16 professionals based partially in India and China. Design innovation is a very important part of our organisation. At Rishab Diamond, we use the latest developments in technology to create master pieces by CAD softwares which our designers keep working on, on a daily basis. Our exhaustive design team is guided by consultants who have worked for the best design houses in world.
